Moving down the path

Ensuring a smooth transition from school to school, particularly at the end of Year 6, is one of the best ways of helping students make the most of the educational opportunities of their next phase of learning.

As well as giving the students confidence navigating their surroundings, a successful transition programme can help students build relationships both with their new peers and their future teachers.

Couping an in term transition programme wtih over the summer activities can also help to combat summer learning loss. Even if a summer school isn't feasible for the new intake, an online programme may be a good way of bridging the gap.

To support schools, we have created Life Path: a ready-to-use, customisable package for current Life customers and users of any other online learning solution.

If you are interested in this for this term, over the summer or future planning you can find out more here or contact who will be happy to help you.
